  24. Welcome to Novell's Netware Lite Fax Information System.  This automated
  25. technical support allows you to retrieve up to date information on upgrade
  26. reports, installation tips, product information, etc., via fax machine 24
  27. hours a day.  Here's how to use it.
  28.  
  29. 1. You can call from a regular touch-tone phone or a fax machine.  If you do
  30.    not call from a fax machine you will be prompted to enter the phone number
  31.    of the fax machine where your fax should be sent.
  32.  
  33. 2. Dial 1-8---NETWARE, press the star (*) key during the recorded message. 
  34.    This will transfer you to the fax system.
  35.  
  36. 3. Follow the prompts.  When the system asks which document you wish to
  37.    receive enter the document number(s) listed in the master document.  You
  38.    can receive up to 3 documents per call.
